COLORADO SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL Policies
No Refunds
The CSF does not make refunds on any purchases or accept ticket for resale.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted until the end of the business day 48 hours prior to the time of the performance for which you hold tickets. Within this time frame we will gladly exchange your tickets for another performance of the same play in the same section, based on availability. For exchanges, you must provide the name under which tickets were ordered.
Cancellations
If a play is cancelled due to weather before 10:00 pm, an announcement will be made concerning a make-up performance. Because of rapidly changing conditions, no performance will be cancelled prior to showtime due to weather.
Rain Policy
Short summer rains are common in Colorado and usually pass within 20 - 30 minutes. Performance will be proceed in the rain, unless weather conditions become threatening to performers or the audience. For safety reasons, open umbrellas are not permitted during performance. Please do not call the CSF Box Office for rain decisions the day of the performance as decisions to delay or cancel are not made prior to the 8:30 pm showtime. Should a performance be cancelled before 10:00 pm, due to weather, your ticket stub will serve as a ticket to the make-up performance. If there is no make-up performance, your ticket stub can be presented at the CSF Box Office for a ticket to another performance of the same play. If a show is cancelled after 10:00 pm, when a substantial portion of the play has been performed, it is the policy of CSF not to give exchanges, or rain checks. CSF does not make refunds.
Persons With Disabilities
In order for CSF to arrange for accommodations for wheelchair patrons, requests must be received by the CSF Box Office 48 hours prior to the performance (492-0554).
For the benefit of hearing impaired, one performance of each show will include signing if such a request is received by July 15. The show will then be scheduled during the final two weeks of the season. To make a request call 492-0554.
